I write in respect of the recent service that MM and C have undertaken in the respect of the provision of mobile phone service for Cube_Design.

At the end of September 2006 Cube_Design were extremely disapointed with the service received from our current supplier including the direct service to Cube_Design. We researched a number of companies and through various connections were recommended to contact Simon Palmer at MM and C and discussed our requirements in terms of the mobile phones, the service, the data service and also the costs incurred on the mobile phone annual charge. Within 24 hours, we received the proposal which responded to all of our needs including some suggested ideas in respect of data and out of office business working, this included a change of mobile phones and also the change to Vodaphone.

We agreed to proceed with this proposal on the basis that all the telephone numbers will be conveyed across to Vodaphone and that the 'change over' would be seamless, straight-forward and would not have an impact on our business and our reliance on mobile phones.

Within a further 48 hours all our phones were brought to our offices, Simon organised the exchange of all the data from our old phones to our new phones and he set time aside in the day to do this for us. He also explained the basis of the swap over to Vodaphone and the change took place on the date proposed and also within an hour of the suggested time.

The service received was excellent. Simon provided full care and attention to us as a customer, ensured that we knew what was happening at all times and addressed every query promptly and efficiently.

We have no hesitation in recommending MM and C Ltd and Simon Palmer as an excellent supplier of mobile communication.
